This year’s edition of Graphexpo, the international fair for digital printing and finishing, has been reported by exhibitors and visitors as a success, with a number of contacts and concrete sales leads in stark increase compared with the 2011 edition.

CEM was present as official Xerox partner (XBIP: Xerox Business Innovation Partner), exhibiting on Xerox’s booth a DocuConverter (20.5” line) in line with a Nuvera 314 digital printer, presented to the public for the first time as an evolution of the well known Nuvera 288.

The fact that Xerox chose a DocuConverter as finishing system for this preview confirms the confidence that the great American corporation has for CEM as supplier and partner.

The DocuConverter on the booth was a standard model to which no special adjustment was made and that nevertheless managed to process the incoming sheets without a glitch, in spite of the fact that the input rate was increased.

Thanks to this prestigious showcase, the DocuConverter has received many approvals and attracted considerable interest from American, South American and Canadian companies, the latter present in a number never previously registered at GraphExpo.
